Recruitment agency information

Opal is continously seeking high calibre candidates to join its growing team. In order to make the recruitment process as efficient as possible we have our own procedures in place for working with recruitment consultants. The Preferred Suppliers List (PSL) is renewed on an annual basis on 1 August each year.

If you are interested in providing us with recruitment services, we require you to sign our Terms of Agreement. Once you have read and agreed to our terms, please print a copy from our website, fill out the contact details for your organisation, and fax them to the number listed. We will then contact you to confirm acceptance. Once the signed Terms of Agreement have been acknowledged and accepted by Opal, please forward all CVs agencyjobs@opal-solutions.com

We will keep in constant contact with all approved agencies, providing them with complete up to date information of new positions as soon as they arise, and before they are placed on our website.

In order to ensure that we are working with those agencies best suited to our needs, we constantly monitor the number and quality of CVs that we receive from our selected agencies. We will give constructive feedback on every candidate passed to us, to aid and improve the selection of candidates forwarded to us.

Success rate

Since 1999 we have placed 96% of all our candidates under this scheme. 4% direct to our website and current/ex-staff recommendations. (as of 01/08/2005)
