Decomissioning the POP3 Login Translation Platform

| We have now carried out the upgrade to our POP3 mail server platform for our High Wycombe based customers, and the service has been running successfully for the last 5 months. As such, we are now looking to shut down the translation servers that are in place on the old mail server addresses, so that everyone is accessing the server directly.
We have scheduled this work to be carried out on Monday 22 February, to allow time for all remaining users to change their settings to access the new system directly. If you have not updated your settings by this date your e-mail access will cease to work. Changing these settings in your mail client should improve the response time of your e-mail client, as the route that you are taking to download your mail will no longer go through an additional, unnecessary server.
