AltoMail mail server migration

| As part of our ongoing efforts to give the best services possible, we will be migrating AltoMail users to our main mail server platform. During this operation, for all users, sending email through the WebMail interface will be temporarily suspended. For AltoMail users only, email delivery will be temporarily delayed.
Note: These users are not the users on pop3.altohiway.com.
