From 03.00 thursday 11th March there is an ongoing major service outage impacting a large number of ADSL & SDSL circuits.
This is being worked on by the underlying line suppliers. No expected time of repair has been provided as yet. Opal will provide an update when more details are available.
The major service outage affected two of the underlying line suppliers distribution sites, one where the issue has been resolved and the other which is ongoing. 12:07 11/03/2010 Cable & Wireless Engineer on site working with 3rd line support to restore services.

15:45 11/03/2010 The original config is being loaded onto the new hardware and tests being carried out 09:43 12/03/2010 Service is normal since 18:30 (11-03-2010),
We will request a technical report about this incident to cable & Wireless.
